Account Deletion Request

If you would like to delete your Damadami Live Hub account and associated personal data, you can request account deletion using one of the methods below.

How to Request Account Deletion

1. Open the Damadami Live Hub app.
2. Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account.
3. Submit your deletion request.
4. Or email us at support@damadami.com.

Data That Will Be Deleted

• Your account information
• Your profile information
• Your saved addresses
• Your chat history
• Your uploaded profile image

Data That May Be Retained

Some information such as invoices, completed order history, payment records, and information required by law may be retained for legal, tax, fraud prevention, or regulatory purposes.

Deletion Processing Time

Account deletion requests are processed within 7 business days.
